Public Health Service Helping Hand for Health Care Donations for Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka Ministry of Health Sri Lanka is committed to provide better quality public health care services for all citizens of the country. However, the Ministry has to deal with rising costs of health care due to ever increasing health needs, demands and expectations of people. This has become a cause of concern needing action. Against this background, Ministry of Health wishes to accept donations, contributions and assistance from donors, Philanthropist and well-wishers both locally and internationally for provision of quality health care for people in this country.
